We do the following: Stereo fault diagnostics, repairs, direct sales, buy, and exchange exclusively on Land Rover stereo systems. We specialize in face mounted and remote mounted iPod / MP3 Auxiliary jacks for most OEM units 1997 to 2004 for our customers world wide. We buy new or used Land Rover stereo equipment in any condition with or without the security codes

Note: we intentionally have left our shipping address off for good reason. Too many folks sent us units that were not OEM Land Rover or were sent without any information, i.e. sent From a packing / shipping shops with no owner info, so no way to contact the owner… So as well as us wanting to know what’s coming in and why we can often help without the cost and downtime of needlessly shipping us your unit as it could be something simple that you can repair…. like a blown fuse at back of radio or fuse box.

We also sell a few unique specialty items, like a 7 piece set of Range Rover Classic 1987 to 1994 internally illuminated window and sun-roof switches, we do sell a 3 piece set for the 1995 soft dash…. is the rear doors and the sunroof only.

We aim for 24 hour turnaround on repairs dependent on present work load, add a day for iPod install.

With our discrete 3.5mm Aux. jack solution you do not lose any system functions, but gain Ipod/MP3/Serius/Satilite/iPhone, etc direct connectivity to your OEM sound system. So throw away those junk sound dropping, noise making cassette adaptor and trash sounding FM modulators. Our 3.5mm Aux. jack is a direct connection so no drop in volume or fidelity. Just plug and play!

iPhone

When connected thru our Aux. jack and enjoying your iTunes/music should you get a phone call thru same device the music will gently fade out and the phone ringing will be audible direct thru your car speakers, simply answer the call and talk, they hear you fine (no need to pick the iPhone up even) and you hear them thru the car speakers, so is hands free without buying ear phones etc. Once you end the call the radio / music gently fades back in. I say gently because it is subtle (won’t scare you to death while you drive) and gently increases back to the volume you had before the call. Is brilliant!

Repair is a little higher on the Defender unit because they are usually in the worst shape due to it’s location; pretty much sits there with mouth open ready to eat coins, dog hair, chips, drinks, and the like; we even found a dead tree frog in one once.

These OEM switches at the Dealerships are over $45 each – that’s about $315 + about $30 tax for a set of 7 switches with 'NO' illumination.

It’s a no brainer, buy OUR complete 7 switch 'illuminated' set for ½ that price and enjoy them day & night, ours have internal lamps, just plug them in and lights come on, Brilliant!

Alpine part # XQD10158OLNF & AMR 6285 P-38 Range Rover head unit (1999.5 - 2002)

We do not offer repair on these Alpine units, only exchange per available stock…. as parts are too hard to get and take months to order

Connects to your OEM CD changer lead, so you lose the CD changer, but gain Ipod. Can swap the plug any time you like if you want CD’s back!

On Range Rover 4.0/4.6 1999 to 2002 the CD changer is located in the rear cargo area, you may want to run the existing CD cable back from that area to under the passenger or drivers seat so you have more lead room.

We have new upgraded replacement drivers for your old OEM subwoofers using today's state of the art technology in driver design. The final product is nothing short of amazing with deeper thump and richer bass throughout the range.

Application: Range Rover Classic 1993 to 1995 & 4.0/4.6 P-38 1994 to 1999 with single “duel voice coil” in top ported box

1. We install price: $99 shipped back to your door, just ship us your old subwoofer board as show above.

Here’s how: Simply unplug the amp leads then remove the subwoofer box entirely from your Rover, remove the Phillips head screws to take the box in half, then slide the old speaker on it’s mounting board up and out of it’s slot. Ship to us the old board speaker and wires and we’ll install the new upgraded speaker and re-solder the wires for you. All you then need to do is slide the board with new speaker now mounted back into it’s slot making sure the front of speaker faces the ported vent hole and leave the amp wire with white connector hanging out the box. Done!

2. Do it yourself price: $79 shipped back to your door in the continental USA

We ship you a new 7-1/4”duel voice coil speaker (as pictured above) with screws and instructions: Easy, but note the old speakers were just glued in with bent over tabs, ours you set with black sealant and screw the speakers down for a solid mount. We’ve seen hundreds of these old boxes and on almost everyone the old speaker came unglued and vibrated the magnet clear off the back. DIY Kit comes with 1x 7-1/4”new twin voice coil subwoofer speaker, 4x screws and 4x clips for screws, you provide your own sealant available at any hardware store for a few $.

FYI: For $189 + $12 shipping those that do not want to mess with taking the subwoofer box apart and prefer to ship us the whole thing complete we do have an exchange program where we send you an already completed same model unit. We ship soon as yours arrives complete and undamaged or you can pay a $200 core charge and we’ll ship right away…. Core is refunded once we receive your old unit complete and undamaged.
