One of my originals, entitled ' Wisteria Blues 1' .....................has been recently EXHIBITED in the WISTERIA ART SHOW at EBSQ.
I have just written an Article, "Protecting One's Work from Copyright Infringement", which is being featured in EBSQ's Zine Magazine for the month of May,2006....hopefully this Article will help make other Artists journey less of a struggle than mine was.......

I WORK IN ALL DIFFERENT VARIETIES of MEDIUMS, SURFACES & STYLES..........
My STYLE varies from realism, surreal, abstract, modern, impressionist, plein-air to very detailed work.........
I love painting animals; wildlife and domestic...I have several wolves, horses, tigers, lions, cougars, leopards, birds, eagles, etc. in my collection of approx. 300 ORIGINALS which I have painted thru the years ( IN OILS. PASTELS, OIL PASTELS, WATERCOLOR, PENCIL, ACRYLLICS, AIRBRUSH MEDIUMS, ETC.) and will be selling some of the originals and prints from the originals. I do intend to paint many, many more originals in the future to come, tho. I also love painting landscapes, mostly wood/forest/lake scenes….especially those with special lighting effects......... I also paint still-life and tuscan...
I even have a few FAIRIES flittering around in my collection...and ...
I love painting HISTORICAL LANDMARK MONUMENTS ; old train stations, churches, etc..I will be selling prints of those, also.
I accept COMMISSIONED work for PORTRAITS ; oil paintings, penciled drawings, pastels, etc. ; Subjects can include but are not limited to..people, animals, landscapes, structures, etc.
I am currently in the process of creating a collection of digital graphic images for our Veterans, Soldiers & Supporters Online Community & Forum......
At the present time, There are several shops in the Dallas area which have requested permission to sell my Originals & Prints....as well as Art Galleries that have requested to display my Originals.....

If you have photo or digital images that have what some might consider ' imperfections ' , such as blemishes, acne, scars, wrinkles, etc., or just ' bad lighting '................... my ' DIGITAL ENHANCEMENTS ' service might be of use to you....
I can ' ADD ' SUBJECTS to other images if you find a need for that service, such as a missed family re-union, prom, wedding, etc.
I also can DIGITALLY PLACE SUBJECTS in various objects, such as images of babies or children in flowers ( images of flowers that you've grown or that I've painted or can paint for you if you have certain lay-outs in mind.

I have several SONGS that I've written that I would be interesred in getting published......they are country and inspirational.
I am in the process of finishing a 40 + chapter fantasy NOVEL (over 20,000 words at this point ). It started out as a 10-12 page story until the characters just seemed to take on a life of their own.
I have intentions at this time of illustrating it myself, of course, but I certainly do not feel that it would be beneath me to seek a fellow artist's expertise, if I feel for any reason my work is not justifying the characters personality.
I DONATE A PORTION OF MY ARTWORK to different charities of my personal preference....I also do commissioned work for charities, ( for a 1/3-1/4 percentage of sales )...
I just finished one original which I donated to the Domestic Violence Center of Texarkana, Texas..., it was to be auctioned off at an Antique Car & Truck Auction, so naturally, I based the theme of the original on old vintage vehicles...Not only did it sell, but I met alot of nice people thru that project.
I HAVE JUST BEEN COMMISSIONED for a Charity project in San Jacinto, California.....I'm really looking forward to it....I will update this project when finished,
so that you can view the results........
The following comment is very emotional but only one of many many positive comments made in reference to my PORTRAITS...........
'' When I showed it to my Mother, she started crying because of the likeness ''.....
When I first started painting and drawing portraits, .....they would look so REALISTIC that I felt like I was crossing over a ' sacred line '..that I shouldn't be crossing........it took years for me to realize that the ' sacred line ' I was actually crossing was in reality the conflict of my own insecurities, as an artist and personally...or the negative forces in us that battle the positive ones......but as I said, as I matured as an artist and personally, thru my positive thinking & positive choices, & acting on those positive choices, the positive force won the battle therefore allowing my creative talents to flow naturally, as they should....
.I believe that Art is truly an extension, or channel, of our inner souls....
I personally believe that we cannot really mature artistically unless we are willing to mature personally.......and that basically involves ridding ourselves of negative forces, or thinking, that hinders us from maturing personally...
I also believe that we can positively condition ourselves to do or be whatever we want to do or be, regardless of the negative forces that may surround us........
In retrospect, I believe strongly in the difference that can be made in one's life thru the power of positive thinking and positive choices......
So if you even have the desire to become an artist, even if you don't believe in yourself right now, I believe in you.....for if you have a 'desire' to be an artist, the rest will come,so will believing in yourself... thru acting on that desire ......and thru the positive choices and thinking, you will condition yourself into being an artist.....remember an artist is only an artist ...if they choose to be an artist.....if you desire to be an artist, then make the choice to be one, then act on that choice.........and you have my word...you will become an artist.......

On Commissioning Portraits ; Even tho I will not expect the balance unless my customer is satisfied with finished portrait, ( for I work with the customer by sending them a ' watermarked sample image in various phases for their approval ) , I will not deliver portrait until balance is paid in full. I will be offering a payment plan to customers in need of this service.
