Penguin Collection has Comic Penguins and Realistic Penguin wedding cake tops. I have several designs of wedding cake tops including the comic penguin on the 3 tier, rectangle, round, heart and arch cake tops.
These are also nice for penguin anniversary cakes.

Holes are large enough to use many sizes of candle, if you candle is small, just secure the candle with florist adhesive or melted wax.

Flirty Penguin will hold a tiny satin rose. Rose colors USUALLY available are: White, Ivory, Pink, Rose, Red, Burgundy, Yellow, lavendar, amethyst, lt blue and SOME dark blue.
Happy Penguin will have a black bow tie, unless otherwise ordered.
